Polymorph Workshop

The following are the results of a 1.5 days workshop at the Braunschweig University of Art among the first year students in ‚Design in der Digitalen Gesellschaft‘ and ‚Visuelle Kommunikation‘. The students worked in interdisciplinary groups and were asked to design a nonsense object from polymorph plastic, which the prospective user would buy and self-make at home. To facilitate the individual assembly process each team had to prepare simple and easy-to-understand visual instructions without the use of any explanatory text.

The workshop was co-organized by Kerstin Drechsel and Brendan Howell.
